Father Aloysius to mark 25 years of priesthood

PENAMPANG – Come June 13, Father Aloysius Fidelis will mark 25 years of priesthood.

However, he will have an advance celebration on 27 May 2017 at Holy Rosary Limbahau at 10 am.

Born on 20 Jan 1957 to Fidelis Juanis Enson  and Veronica Dungka Nayu in Tuaran, he worked as a dresser at the Jabatan Perubatan Sabah, Kota Belud Hospital before entering the seminary in 1984.

He was ordained priest by then Bishop John Lee in 1992 at St John Tuaran.

After his ordination, he served in Penampang and Kota Kinabalu before he took up a course on spiritual theology in Rome in 2001.

Upon his return from Rome in 2002, he served in Ranau/Telupid, Papar/Limbahau, and Tanjung Aru.  Currently, he is the chaplain at Holy Family Residence for Senior Citizens in Purak Papar.
