Archdiocesan Secretariat

The  Archdiocesan Secretariat is the office entrusted with administrative duties, maintaining records, and overseeing or performing secretarial duties, for the archdiocese.  It is located at:

Archdiocesan Finance Office

Mission

The mission of the Archdiocesan Finance Office is to serve the Archbishop,
the Curia, and all parishes, schools, offices and agencies of the Archdiocese by:

  1. Maintaining Archdiocesan accounting records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  2. Operating the  Archdiocesan Fund, the central depository of the Archdiocese.
  3. Providing accounting services to parishes and telephone support to parish bookkeepers.
  4. Providing payroll services to all employees of the Archdiocese, excluding parishes.
  5. Providing administrative support for the Archdiocesan Finance Board and its various committees.
