ROME – Over 30 Malaysians studying or visiting Rome gathered at Malaysian Ambassador Tan Sri Bernard Dompok’s house here for a Easter celebration on Easter Sunday, 16 Apr 2017.

Among them were Pauline Sisters Bibianah Densia and Shirley Chong, Father David Garaman of Sandakan Diocese, Father Mattheus Luta of KK Archdiocese, and Father Samuel Lim of Singapore.

Present also was Vivian Francesca Wong of Likas who works with the Opus Dei in Johor.  Earlier,  she had written to the Vatican requesting to be among the 11 who would receive the Sacraments of Initiation – Baptism, Confirmation and the Eucharist – by Pope Francis at the Easter Vigil.  Her request was granted.
