ALPHA Penampang gears up for Round 4

PENAMPANG – The Alpha Course Round Three, organised by the Evangelisation Committee of St Michael’s Parish here, was completed on 19 July 2016.

A thanksgiving cum graduation ceremony was held for the 42 participants who have successfully completed the course, and at the same time Alpha Course Round Four was launched by Fr Wiandigool Runsab.

According to the chairman of the Evangelisation Committee Agil Bajarai, the next round would be expanded to the other eight zones within the parish. The new round would begin with the Introductory Session Aug 30 at the Parish Hall.

“We are confident that with the enthusiasm and determination of the Evangelisation Committee, under the leading and empowerment of the Holy Spirit, this programme will continue to grow and gradually be established. We must maintain our momentum and commitment,” Bajarai said.

He thanked all the committee members who had worked tirelessly and for their contribution, not forgetting the participants for their faithfulness, without whom this programme would not succeed. He hoped that this trend would continue in the courses to come.
